Being a Consultant Manager at Lernia means building and developing our customer relationships while driving the business forward. About the Role
In the role of Consultant Manager, you play a key part in our work to create value for both companies and individuals. You will work with sales, recruitment, personnel responsibility, and staffing planning, in close collaboration with customers, candidates, and internal colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and matching talents to the right assignments
- Developing and building long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining daily contact with both customers and employees
- Conducting recruitment processes for both staff and professional roles
- Having personnel responsibility for your consultants and ensuring their well-being and development
- Planning staffing and handling administration related to assignments, contracts, and consultants
The work is autonomous and assumes that you thrive with personal responsibility, quick decisions, and a daily pace where no two days are alike.

Who Are We Looking For?
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business-oriented roles
- Previous experience as a Consultant Manager, recruiter, or similar is preferred
- Relevant education in HR, economics, sales, or equivalent is meritorious
- Experience in industry and logistics is preferred
- Good computer literacy
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
